Private coaching · Limited capacity
Private coaching, explained.
How coaching works, what to expect and how to apply. Places depend on mutual fit and available capacity.
Working together
How is the investment agreed?
Your recommendation sets out the scope, delivery and investment before you decide to proceed. Relevant clinical services are separate.
How long is coaching, and how often do we review?
Duration, review frequency and between-session contact are agreed around your goals and the level of support required before you commit. Delivery may be remote, in person or blended.
Is coaching available remotely and in person?
Yes. Coaching may be remote, in person or blended. The format is agreed around location, travel, schedule and where direct assessment or guidance adds value.
How does a tailored programme differ from private coaching?
The planned £95 programme is a six-week framework adjusted from your brief and delivered for self-directed training. Private coaching includes a broader strategy, ongoing guidance and progress reviews. Programmes are currently available for launch-interest registration only.
Applying & consultation
What happens after I apply?
Cole reviews every application personally. If your needs align with the service and capacity is available, Cole will contact you within two business days to arrange a confidential conversation.
What happens in the initial consultation?
A confidential, no-pressure conversation explores your demands, priorities, constraints and desired change while assessing mutual fit. If suitable and capacity allows, you receive a clear recommendation covering focus, delivery and review.
Does applying guarantee a coaching place?
No. An application requests consideration; it is not a purchase or reservation. Places are offered only where objectives, expectations, support needs and available capacity align.
Fit & progress
Who is private coaching designed for?
Senior leaders, founders and high-responsibility private clients who value discretion, precision and consistent support. Coaching is shaped around your role, schedule, travel, capacity and priorities—not delivered as a generic plan.
Is private coaching available to everyone?
No. A small private-client roster protects quality, responsiveness and discretion. Access depends on mutual fit, readiness, support needs and current capacity—not simply willingness to purchase.
What level of commitment is expected?
Clients are expected to engage consistently, communicate openly and act on agreed priorities. Practical expectations are discussed before either party decides to proceed.
How is progress measured?
Progress is measured against outcomes that matter to you, using focused indicators of consistency, strength, fitness, recovery, energy and day-to-day capacity. Measures guide decisions rather than create unnecessary data.
Privacy & health
How do you protect confidentiality?
Private coaching discussions and personal information remain confidential. For corporate work, reporting boundaries are agreed in advance; personal details are not shared without agreement, subject to legal or safety obligations.
Does coaching replace medical care?
No. The Executive Vitality provides coaching and performance assessment, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Bloodwork, diagnostic sleep studies and other clinical investigations must be provided and interpreted by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
