What each product contains

Each programme is a one-time digital purchase comprising a structured six-week training framework shaped from a short pre-purchase brief. The completed programme is supplied as a printable A4 guide and a phone-formatted edition. The two files contain the same plan and include progressive sessions, exercise images, written cues, appropriate alternatives and a six-week record.

How the tailoring works

Before payment, the purchaser completes four concise questions about the outcome they want, movements they wish to improve, current training and available equipment. They then review the £95 purchase and continue to secure checkout. Cole uses those answers to adjust the selected framework only after payment is confirmed, before sending it directly. This is programme tailoring, not a clinical assessment or an ongoing coaching service.

Self-directed training

The completed programme is intended for self-directed exercise by generally healthy adults. It does not include diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, rehabilitation or ongoing supervision. The suitability and stop guidance shown before purchase and inside the programme should be read before training begins.

Personal-use licence

Purchase provides one person with a non-transferable licence to use the supplied files for personal training. The files may not be copied for others, shared, uploaded, resold, republished or used to deliver coaching or another commercial service.

Delivery and access

Each programme will cost £95 as a one-time purchase. The intended journey is the short programme brief, purchase review, secure online payment, Cole's tailoring and direct delivery of both digital editions. Delivery is not automatic. The final checkout and confirmation will state the price, file format, delivery method, expected preparation time, support contact and any technical requirements before an order is placed.

Cancellation and digital delivery

The active checkout will present the applicable cancellation information before payment, including how the requested tailoring and digital supply affect any cancellation right. The wording and customer acknowledgement will be reviewed and tested before sales are activated.

Faulty or inaccessible files

If a purchased file is missing, corrupt or cannot be accessed as described, contact info@theexecutivevitality.com so that delivery can be investigated and corrected. Statutory rights are not excluded or restricted by this information.
